Are your products certified gluten free?

Yes! We're a completely gluten free facility certified by GFCO - Certificate #67651

Do your products contain dairy?

Our Pie in the Sky brand contains all whole ingredient and growth hormone free dairy such as unsalted butter, cream cheese, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream.
Boulder Dough is a vegan product line, and does not contain any dairy, but it is produced in a facility that is processing dairy on other lines.

Do your products contain eggs?

Our Pie in the Sky brand contains cage-free eggs and egg yolk in all those products.
Boulder Dough is a vegan product line, and does not contain egg, but it is produced in a facility that is processing egg on other lines.

Do your products contain soy or corn?

Neither brand Pie in the Sky or Boulder Dough contain ingredients soy or corn, or ingredients made from soy or corn. Our dark chocolate uses sunflower lecithin, not soy lecithin. Our baking powder does not use corn starch.

Are your products non-GMO?

Pie in the Sky product lines and Boulder Dough product lines do not use any of the crops that are high risk GMO ingredients. We source our ingredients to comply with non-gmo standards, with certificates of non-gmo status with each ingredient.

What kind of sugar do you use?

Pie in the Sky uses only wildflower honey to sweeten our handmade graham cracker crust. Our batters contain cane sugar in an amount we deem necessary to the structure of our cheesecake baking but you'll find our cheesecake less sweet and more cheesy than other competitors.

Boulder Dough is a vegan product, we use vegan cane sugar that is processed free from bone char that is associated with cane sugar production. Boulder Dough is processed in a facility that uses honey on other production lines.

Is buckwheat flour a gluten free flour?

Buckwheat Flour is a gluten free flour however there are a lot of mills that process buckwheat flour in the same room as their wheat and barley products, taking away its gluten free status. We source our buckwheat flour from mills that only produce gluten free flours, and each lot is tested to comply with GFCO's <10ppm gluten standards.

Do these products need to be refrigerated?

Pie in the Sky product lines are shipped 2 Day frozen in foam coolers with frozen gel packs so they get to your home or business fresh to consume. We recommend freezing these treats immediately when you receive them as they can defrost on your counter 20 minutes before you want to eat them.

Boulder Dough™ is also usually shipped 2 Day frozen but can withstand a longer ship time as long as it is kept cool. We recommend storing your unused pizza crusts in the freezer, and baking from frozen.
