Originally a student in mechanical engineering and philosophy at the University of Colorado, Tyffany is a 2011 graduate of the Baking Arts program at the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts.
Tyffany’s richly varied background suits her well to the demanding, often challenging world of commercial baking. A world traveler, Tyffany has done it all. She's been everything from a bike mechanic to a tile setter; she has lived and worked in Alaska (where she was a fisherman and learned butchery), as well as Japan where she farmed and taught English.
After graduating from Escoffier, Tyffany worked at various pastry jobs at companies and shops throughout Colorado, and joined Pie In The Sky in 2014.
